Implementing a Community Energy Plan

Community energy plans have become an important policy tool as Canada starts moving towards a lower-carbon economy. Municipalities can develop plans specific to their own unique needs and challenges. Kingston is currently developing just such a plan. Dr. Mabee will discuss the process around community energy plans, highlight some Canadian examples, and then address some of the unique challenges that Kingston faces.
