Brookes Shean is FLO’s General Manager for USA East and Central Canada. He has more than 15 years of experience in product management in the fields of new technologies and digital environments. Brookes has always been on the lookout for cutting-edge innovation, having worked with cloud-based products and services as well as fibre optics. An avid driver now converted to electric mobility, Brookes travels more than twice the daily commute average, which allows him to fully understand and experience the realities of EV drivers as well as educate the public on the benefits of driving electric. In addition to having been involved with the deployment of FLO stations in Kingston, Brookes has first-hand knowledge of Ontario’s EV ecosystem.
Every month, FLO and its parent company, AddEnergie enable about half a million charging events and the transfer of 7.5 GWh in electricity, thanks to 30,000 high-quality stations deployed on public networks, commercial and residential installations. This translates into approximately 43M km travelled by clean electric vehicles – more than a thousand trips around the earth.
FLO’s headquarters and network operations centre are based in Quebec City. AddÉnergie’s assembly plant, located in Shawinigan (Quebec), has produced close to 30,000 high-quality charging stations. The company also has regional teams in Montreal (Quebec), Mississauga (Ontario), Vancouver (British Columbia), San Francisco (California), West Palm Beach (Florida) and Brooklyn (New York).
