Climate and Carbon Pricing 


Dianne Saxe is an internationally recognized Canadian lawyer, rated among the top 25 environmental lawyers in the world.

Known for her role as an activist and her work in government and private practice, she was appointed to the position of Environmental Commissioner of Ontario in 2015. The Doug Ford government, elected in June 2018, announced  on 15 November 2018 that this position would be abolished and its functions divided between the Auditor General and the Minister of Environment.

1st talk in Kingston on Climate and Carbon: 

  • climate and carbon pricing,

  • how the previous cap and trade program functioned, 

  • the new federal program and outcomes.
